This cape jacket transforms discarded denim into a sculptural cape that balances structure with movement. Familiar details—including waistbands, pockets and faded seams—are preserved and reassembled into an entirely new silhouette, allowing the garment's previous life to remain visible.

Hand-stitched sashiko embroidery traces the patchwork sleeves, while a crescent moon, at once an eye and a tear, is adorned with freshwater pearls, bringing softness to the rugged texture of reclaimed denim.
